Members having considered the report RESOLVED that ENFORCEMENT ACTION BE TAKEN TO CEASE THE USE OF THE CAR PARK OF THE FORMER PUBLIC HOUSE FOR PARKING AND STORAGE OF VEHICLES RELATED TO ADJOINING GARAGE PREMISES.
REASON: The development results in an undesirable intensification of a commercial use which would be detrimental to the residential amenities of neighbouring properties and is hazardous to road safety, contrary to Policies BE1 and T18 of the Unitary Development Plan.
