DEFERRED

Description of application – Two storey rear and single storey side extensions, roof alterations incorporating rear and front dormer window extensions and elevational alterations.

Oral representations in objection to and in support of the application were received at the meeting.

Members having considered the report, objections and representations, RESOLVED that the application BE DEFERRED without prejudice to any future consideration to seek the removal of the rear dormer at the third level of accommodation and to increase the separation to the boundary with No.13.
