Oral representations in support of the application were received at the meeting.  Ward Member, Councillor Charles Joel, asked officers to respond to three outstanding questions contained in an email dated 16 June 2013 received from Dr Harry Ivey.

Members having considered the report, objections and representations, RESOLVED THAT PERMISSION BE GRANTED as recommended, subject to the conditions set out in the report of the Chief Planner.
