Oral representations from Ward Member, Councillor Alexa Michael in favour of further action were received at the meeting.
Members having considered the report and representations, RESOLVED that an UNTIDY SITE NOTICE BE AUTHORISED under Section 215 of the Town and Country PlanningAct, 1990 to remove the shed in the rear garden.
