REFUSED

Description of application - Two storey side extension. LISTED BUILDING CONSENT.

Oral representations from Ward Members, Councillors Graham Arthur and Mrs Anne Manning were received at the meeting It was reported that on page 49 of the Chief Planner’s report the recommendation should be amended to read, “CONSENT BE REFUSED”.

It was reported that objections to the application had been received from Hayes Village Association.

Members having considered the report, objections and representations, RESOLVED that consent BE REFUSED for the reasons set out in the report of the Chief Planner.
