Description of application – Roof alterations to incorporate rear dormer and rooflights, two storey rear extension and new roof over existing side extension and first floor infill extension.

Members having considered the report and objections , RESOLVED that PERMISSION be GRANTED as recommended, subject to the conditions set out in the report of the Chief Planner.
