Members having considered the report, RESOLVED that AUTHORITY TO ENTER THE SITE TO FACILITATE THE REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF THE CARAVAN and a CHARGE TO BE PLACED ON THE LAND be GRANTED asrecommended in the report of the Chief Planner.
