Description of application – Internal and external alterations to Oakfield House and Coach House to provide 10 en-suite rooms with ancillary D1 use, including a new lift and a staircase extension to provide step-free access to all rooms and a covered link between the Coach House and the main House.

It was reported that no objections to the application had been received.

Members having considered the report,  RESOLVED that PERMISSION be GRANTED as recommended,subject to the conditions set out in the report of the Chief Planner.
