Description of application - First floor front, side, rear extension.

The Chief Planner’s report had correctly indicted that the application site was within Shortlands Ward.  Councillor Alan Collins was requested by the Chairman to speak to this application as the Ward Member in error. Councillor Stephen Wells requested this be minuted.

Members having considered the report and objections, RESOLVED that PERMISSION BE REFUSED as recommended, for the reason set out in the report of the Chief Planner.
