Description of application – Two storey rear, first floor side and single storey front extension and conversion of garage to habitable accommodation.

 

Oral representations in support of the application were received at the meeting.

 

It was reported that further objections to the application had been received.

 

The Development Control Manager advised Members that the previous application (16/00406) was refused due to non-compliance with the minimum 1 metre side space.  It would, therefore, be difficult to defend any further reasons for refusal at this stage.

 

Members having considered the report, objections and representations, RESOLVED that the application BE DEFERRED without prejudice to any future consideration to seek a reduction the size of the extension.
