Description of application – Part one/two storey side/rear extension, roof alterations incorporating increase in ridge height, dormers to rear and rooflights to front and bay window to front.

Members having considered the report and objections, RESOLVED that PERMISSION be GRANTED as recommended, subject to the conditions set out in the report of the Chief Planner.
