Description of application – single storey rear extension to existing garage.

Oral representations in objection to the application were received.  Oral representations from Ward Member Councillor Angela Wilkins in support of the application were received at the meeting.

Councillor Fawthrop was disappointed that the recommendation in the report  did not request ‘Members’ views’.

Members having considered the report, objections and representations, RESOLVED that PERMISSION BE REFUSED as recommended, for the reason set out in the report of the Chief Planner.
