Description of application – Erection of first floor side extension and part first floor, part ground floor rear extension, including converting existing garage to study including introducing ground floor window on front elevation and changes to front porch.

Oral representations in support of the application were received at the meeting.

Members having considered the report and representations, RESOLVED that PERMISSION be GRANTED as recommended, subject to the conditions set out in the report of the Chief Planner.
