Description of application – Single storey rear and front extensions to include garage conversion and first floor side and rear extension. Hip to gable attic conversion with rear dormer. Extension of existing dropped kerb.

Members having considered the report and objections, RESOLVED that PERMISSION be GRANTED as recommended, subject to the conditions set out in the report of the Chief Planner.
