Description of application – Two storey side extension, roof alterations to front and elevational alterations PART RETROSPECTIVE.

Oral representations in objection to the application were received.  Oral representations from Ward Member, Councillor Peter Dean, in objection to the application were received at the meeting.  He was disappointed the applicant had not followed the planning process and referred to the history of the site and the potential for the proposed development to become severed from the hostbuilding.  It was reported that enforcement action that was in process.

Members having considered the report, objections and representations, RESOLVED that PERMISSION BE REFUSED as recommended, for the reason set out in the report of the Chief Planner.
