PERMISSION

Minutes:

Description of application – Part one/two storey front extension, part one/two side/rear extensions, roof alterations to include rear dormers and elevational alterations.

Oral representations in objection to the application were received and the objector suggested that a tree preservation order be placed on the cedar tree in the front garden of the application site. Oral representations in support of the application were also received at the meeting.  Supplementary information and photographs had been received from the applicant and circulated to Members.

The Chief Planner’s representative advised Members that consideration of a tree preservation order was a separate matter but in the meantime a condition to retain the Cedar tree could be imposed.

Councillor Michael welcomed an application for a tree preservation order.

Members having considered the report, objections and representations, RESOLVED that PERMISSION be GRANTED as recommended, subject to the conditions set out in the report of the Chief Planner with a further condition to read:-
