Description of application – First floor side and single storey rear extensions, alterations to roof incorporating rear dormer and conversion of existing garage to habitable room.

Members having considered the report, objections and representations, RESOLVED that PERMISSION be GRANTED as recommended, subject to the conditions set out in the report of the Chief Planner.
