Description of application – Single storey front/side and rear extension and first floor side extension.

It was reported that the application had been amended by a revised plan received on 13 February 2018.

Members having considered the report, RESOLVED that PERMISSION be GRANTED as recommended, subject to the conditions set out in the report of the Chief Planner with the deletion of Condition 4.
