Description of application – Construction of rear (east elevation) extension at second floor, additional third storey roof extension (south elevation), elevational alterations to the existing building forming an additional 9 flats comprising seven 1 bedroom, one 2 bedroom, one 3 bedroom flats within the extended sections of the building in connection with a revised entrance area and integral refuse and cycle storage area on the Burnhill Road frontage.

Members having considered the report and objections, RESOLVED that PERMISSION BE REFUSED as recommended, for the reason set out in the report of the Chief Planner.
