Description of application – Demolition of Nos 20-24 Station Road and redevelopment with two/two and a half storey building to form 27 retirement apartments for the elderly including communal facilities, access, car parking and landscaping.
Members having considered the report and objections, RESOLVED that THE APPLICATION BE DEFERRED, without prejudice to any future consideration, in order to secure a car club to serve the development or an increase in the provision of on-site car parking, and to secure an increase in the provision of on-site cycle parking facilities.
