PERMISSION

Description of application – Variation of Condition 18 of ref: 14/03865/MATAND for a Minor material amendment to ref. 14/00957 (Refurbishment and part change of use of existing Class B8/sui generis cash and carry to Class B8/A1 use with alterations site layout and associated works) to create mezzanine floor area in order to allow the extension of the opening hours.

Members having considered the report and objections, RESOLVED that PERMISSION be GRANTED as recommended, subject to the conditions and informative set out in the report of the Chief Planner with a further informative to read:-

“INFORMATIVE 2:  You are advised that the application permitted does not include any amendment to the lighting of any signage, for which a further application would be required for consideration.”
