PERMISSION

Description of application – Single storey rear extension.

Oral representations from Ward Member, Councillor Kira Gabbert, were received at the meeting.  A further letter of objection had been received and circulated to Members.

Councillor Kieran Terry had visited the site and informed Members that in his view the proposed extension would not be out of character and he and Councillor Michael supported the application.

Members having considered the report, objections and representations, RESOLVED that PERMISSION be GRANTED as recommended, subject to the conditions set out in the report of the Chief Planner.
