Description of application – Part one /two storey side and rear extension with roof alterations incorporating half hip to gable, rear dormer with roof-lights. (RETROSPECTIVE).
Members having considered the report, RESOLVED that PERMISSION be GRANTED as recommended, subject to the conditions set out in the report of the Chief Planner with a further condition to read:-
“4. “Before the development hereby permitted is first occupied the proposed window(s) within the flank elevations shall be obscure glazed to a minimum of Pilkington privacy Level 3 and shall subsequently be permanently retained as such.
REASON: In the interests of protecting residential amenity in accordance with Policy 37 of the Bromley Local Plan.”
