Description of application - Demolition of existing B1 use building and construction of 6 houses and associated parking and landscaping.

 

Oral representations in support of the application were received at the meeting.

 

Members having considered the report, objections and representations, RESOLVED that PERMISSION be GRANTED as recommended, subject to the conditions and informatives set out in the report of Assistant Director, Planning with an amendment to Condition 17 to read:-

 

“17. Prior to first occupation of any of the units hereby permitted details of  the car parking spaces to  be provided with active electric vehicle charging points shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The charging points shall be provided in accordance with the approved details and permanently retained thereafter.

REASON: To minimise the effect of the development on local air quality in the vicinity of an Air Quality Management Area and to accord with National Planning Policy Framework paragraph 124 and Policies 6.13 and 7.14 of the London Plan 2015.”
