Description of application – Ground floor front infill extension, new entrance door & porch, fenestration changes including new windows to whole house, replacement of existing garage doors, two storey rear infill extensions to include bi-folding doors on the ground floor and terrace area and juliet balcony to first floor. Internal and external changes to the property.

Members having considered the report and objections, RESOLVED that PERMISSION be GRANTED as recommended, subject to the conditions set out in the report of Assistant Director, Planning.
