Description of application – Construction of single storey rear extension and raised patio area, Construction of dormers in the rear, side and front roof slopes and roof lights to front and rear to existing converted habitable loft / first floor.

Oral representations in support of the application were received at the meeting.  Supplementary information and photographs had been received from the neighbour and circulated to Members.

Members having considered the report, objections and representations, RESOLVED that THE APPLICATION BE DEFERRED, without prejudice to any future consideration, TO SEEK A REDUCTION IN THE SIZE OF THE DORMERS AND IN PARTICULAR THE SIZE OF THE SIDE DORMERS.
