Description of application – Change of Use from Retail (Use Class A1) to Retail/Café/Restaurant (Use Class A1/A3).

Oral representations from Ward Member, Councillor Christine Harris in support of the application were received at the meeting.  Late comments had been received from the Local Safer Neighbourhood Group.

Members having considered the report, objections and representations, RESOLVED that THE APPLICATION BE DEFERRED, without prejudice to any future consideration, TO SEEK FULL VENTILATION DETAILS AND ACOUSTIC NOISE ASSESSMENT INFORMATION IN TERMS OF IMPACT ON NEARBY RESIDENTIAL UNITS.
