DEFERRED

Description of application –  Conversion of a former care home (Class C2) to residential use (Class C3), replacement rear extension and associated works.

Oral representations in support of the application were received.  Oral representations from Ward Member, Councillor Russell Mellor, in support of the application were received at the meeting.  The Assistant Director Planning’s representative reported that emails with regard to marketing had been received and advised Members to consider if the marketing had been sufficiently robust.

Members having considered the report, objections and representations, RESOLVED that THE APPLICATION BE DEFERRED, without prejudice to any future consideration, to provide further hard marketing evidence, provision of additional amenity space and 100% Electric Charging Points.
