The Board reviewed the minutes of the Pensions Investment Sub-Committee meetings held on 15^th May, 24^th July, 27^th August, 3^rd December and 17^th December 2019 (excluding exempt information.)

15^th May 2019: Minute 7: Good Governance Survey: It was noted that there was an expectation of a greater role for the Local Pension Board.

17^th December 2019: Minute 51: Asset Allocation: It was noted that there would be a report to the Pensions Investment Sub-Committee on 30^th January 2020 on Asset allocation. There had been an increased focus around ESG investments, and an increase in Freedom of Information requests relating to this. This appeared to be reflected across all local authorities and in the private sector. It was confirmed that a summary of the Council’s investments, and investment performance, was published in the quarterly reports to Pensions Investment Sub-Committee.
