Description of application – Repairs to and restoration of Crystal Palace subway including partial deconstruction and rebuilding of existing retaining walls and construction of new parapet walls and roof structure (LISTED BUILDING CONSENT).

Oral representations from Ward Member Councillor Angela Wilkins and Design and Heritage Champion Councillor Nicholas Bennett in support of the application were received at the meeting.

Members having considered the report, objections and representations, RESOLVED that LISTED BUILDING CONSENT BE GRANTED as recommended, subject to the conditions set out in the report of the Assistant Director, Planning.
