Standing Advisory Council on Religious Education
Purpose of committee
The Standing Advisory Council on Religious Education (SACRE) meets three times a year. Its membership is made up of elected Councillors, teachers and representatives of the churches and other faith groups. They consider items relating to aspects of religious education in schools.
