The Environment Portfolio Holder is a member of the Council’s Executive, responsible for all the Council's executive functions relating to waste and recycling, carbon reduction, the environment, parks and open spaces.

The work of the Environment Portfolio Holder is scrutinised by the Environment and Community Services Policy Development and Scrutiny (PDS) Committee.
