Issue - decisions

(1) Effective 1^st April 2015, a new application process will be introduced for residents requesting a Disabled Person Parking Bay, with a fee of £80 per year charged to each resident having such a bay installed outside of their home.

(2) From 1^st April 2015, the £80 per year fee above will also apply to residents with an existing Disabled Person Parking Bay to cover the cost of enforcement.

(3) From 1^st April 2015, any resident residing within a Controlled Parking Zone with a Disabled Person Parking Bay installed at their request is to be issued with a book of visitor vouchers per annum, free of charge.

(4) Effective immediately, a fee of £50 be charged to each resident applying for a white bar marking outside of their property.
