Issue - decisions

(1) The new charges as a result of the Care Act 2014 be approved as set out in paragraphs 3.3 to 3.6.1 to the report.

(2) Service users, their families and carers be engaged about the proposed new standard allowances for Disability Related Expenditure as set out in paragraphs 3.7 to 3.7.5 of the report.
