That the historical bidding patterns and allocations of Seed Challenge Grant set out in Appendix 2 to Report ED15044 be noted.

That the Executive Director: Education, Care and Health Services be authorised to submit planning applications at the appropriate time in respect of the schemes set out in Report ED15044 where required.
