Issue - decisions

(1) That the latest projected underspend of £1,623,000 on the controllable budget, based on information as at August 2015, is noted.

(2)  That the Executive be recommended to approve the release of funds held in contingency as set out at section 5 of the report (Temporary Accommodation £649k; Tackling Troubled Families £661k; Public Health Grant £1,901k; and Independent Living Fund £526k.)
