1.  The outcomes, aims and performance measures set out in the draft 2016-19 Environment Portfolio Plan, taking into account the 2016/17 budget, are endorsed.

2.  The Contract Monitoring Summaries, produced to address the Council’s Contract Procedure Rule requiring annual contract monitoring reports, are endorsed.
