That the Part 1 (Public) Information Report be noted when considering the recommendations in the Part 2 (Exempt) Information Report to award the contract.

That a contract be awarded for the Dogs and Pest Control Services for a period of three years from 1^st February 2018 to 31^st January 2021, with the option to extend for a further period of up to two years as set out in the Part 2 (Exempt) Information Report.
