The Portfolio Holder agreed that the draft Public Protection Enforcement Policy, be subject to public consultation until 24^th January 2020.

The Portfolio Holder agreed that feedback on the consultation should be received at the next meeting of the Committee on 4^th February 2020.

The Portfolio Holder agreed that delegated authority should be given to the Director of Environment and Public Protection (in consultation with the Portfolio Holder) to make minor amendments to the policy if required.

The Portfolio Holder agreed that the adoption of the finalised enforcement policy be adopted by the Executive on 1^st April 2020.
