The Portfolio Holder for Environment and Community Services authorised that the LBB Residential Charging Pilot proceeds.

The Portfolio Holder agreed that minor changes to the LBB Residential Charging Pilot programme could be delegated to the Director for Environment and Public Protection in consultation with the Portfolio Holder.
