This report advises Members of options for the future development of land to the east and west of Chipperfield Road, St Paul’s Cray, to provide circa 65 residential units which would release funds for:
1. A new Linear Park.
2. A new Gymnastics Facility.
3. A new Library and Community Resource Centre
