The Executive have previously agreed to the
disposal of The Priory to V22 via way of a Long Lease. The demised
land to be contained with in the Lease includes land and a Car
Park. Consequently the approval of the Portfolio Holder for
Environment to agree to the release of the Park Land and the Public
Car Park is required in order for the Lease to be
executed.
