BROMLEY COUNCIL'S RESPONSE TO CROYDON COUNCIL'S STRATEGIC POLICIES PARTIAL REVIEW (PROPOSED SUBMISSION) AND DETAILED POLICIES AND PROPOSALS (MAIN MODIFICATIONS) AND SEVENOAKS DISTRICT COUNCIL ISSUES AND OPTIONS CONSULTATIONS.

Bromley is required to cooperate with other Local Authorities on cross boundary strategic issues as part of the Duty to Cooperate.

This report sets out Bromley's proposed response to the strategic issues arising from the Main Modifications proposed by Croydon's Planning Inspector following the examination of its Local Plan to the Strategic Policies Partial Review (Proposed Submission) and Detailed Policies and Proposals (Main Modifications) consultation documents. These Main Modifications are these which the Inspector considers are necessary to make Croydon's Local Plan sound.

The report also sets out Bromley's proposed response to the strategic issues arising from Sevenoaks District Council Issues and Options Consultations which sets out the key issues which it faces over the next 15 years, the Council's objectives and the options available to meet these/
