In line with the task and finish group's terms
of reference, the report will identify all the different
Enforcement areas which now fall under PPE's responsibility, under
the headings of Public Protection, Neighbourhood Management
(Environment) Planning Enforcement and Parking Enforcement.
The main thrust of the report will be on identifying the requisite
KPIs for each area and prioritising if necessary, and the
development of a focussed set of KPIs that are easily understood.
The committee will then look at current performance appertaining to
each and produce some meaningful comparisons and benchmarks for
future use.
A draft future work plan will be developed that covers all the
different areas of enforcement scrutiny, prioritising as
appropriate.
