This report summarises the RIBA Stages 0-3
work undertaken in relation to the site of West Wickham Library and
Station Road car park in West Wickham, to provide 26 homes and to
extend and refurbish the library in order to provide an improved
children’s library, business lounge, exhibition space for the
Bromley Historic Collections, community hire space, makers space
(3D printing and CNC), café and Changing Places facilities.
In addition to this, public realm improvements are proposed and the
adoption of a service road to provide access to the homes
