This report recommends the adoption of the
revised Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Document (SPD).
The Draft SPD underwent 6 weeks public consultation between 9 March
2022 and 22 April 2022, and whilst generally there was support for
its content, there are some minor amendments in the proposed
version. The revised SPD is necessary to reflect changes following
the adoption of the Bromley Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and
changes to national, regional and local planning policy that have
occurred since the date of publication of the current SPD
(2010).
