Broomleigh Housing Association was formed in April 1992, when after a successful ballot of London Borough of Bromley tenants and leaseholders, the Council transferred its entire housing stock (14,000 properties) to a new organisation, Broomleigh Housing Association. Broomleigh is now part of the Affinity Sutton Group, one of the largest independent providers of housing in England.
