Note for Members: Members are reminded that officer contact details are shown on each report and Members are welcome to raise questions in advance of the meeting.

The meeting has been cancelled. Members of the ECS PDS Committee will scrutinise the reports and provide comments to the Portfolio Holder by close of business on 23^rd June

Questions may be received from the public in the normal way (within the allocated timeframe) and written responses will be provided.

In accordance with the Council’s Constitution, questions that are not specific to reports on the agenda must have been received in writing 10 working days before the date of the meeting. 

Questions specifically relating to reports on the agenda should be received within two working days of the normal publication date of the agenda.  Please ensure that questions specifically on reports on the agenda are received by the Democratic Services Team by 5pm on Wednesday 17^th June
