RESOLVED that the minutes from the Children and Young People Portfolio older meeting held on 19th January 2010 be approved.

QUESTIONS FROM MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC ATTENDING THE MEETING

To hear questions to the Children and Young People Portfolio Holder received in writing by the Legal, Democratic and Customer Services Department by 5pm on Wednesday 31st March 2010 and to respond.

APPOINTMENT TO BROMLEY FOSTERING PANEL pdf icon PDF 293 KB

Minutes:

Councillor Mrs Anne Manning’s term of office on the Bromley Fostering Panel expired at the end of March 2010.  She wished to be appointed to the Panel for a further term and the Portfolio Holder considered a report seeking Councillor Mrs Manning’s re-appointment to Bromley Fostering Panel.

 

RESOLVED that Councillor Mrs Anne Manning’s re-appointment to Bromley Fostering Panel be confirmed.

5.

LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 AS AMENDED BY THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT (ACCESS TO INFORMATION) (VARIATION ORDER 2006, AND THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000.

The Chairman to move that the Press and public be excluded during consideration of the items of business listed below as it is likely in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings that if members of the Press and public were present there would be disclosure to them of exempt information.
