The Environment and Community Services PDS Committee
examines executive decisions and reviews policy on transport
(highways development, traffic, road safety and parking), street
services, waste and recycling and parks and open spaces.
In
accordance with the Council’s Constitution, questions from
the public that are not specific to reports on the agenda must have
been received in writing by 5pm, 10 working days before the date of
the meeting.
So, for
the meeting on 16th March 2023 the deadline for receipt
of general questions not on the agenda will be 5pm on Thursday,
2nd March 2023.
Questions specifically on reports on the agenda should be
received within two working days of the normal publication date of
the agenda. The deadline is given on each agenda. For the
meeting on 16th March 2023, questions on reports on the
agenda should be received by 5pm on Friday, 10th
March.
When
submitting questions, each question should be limited to around 50
words, and please specify if you would like to attend the meeting
and receive an oral response, or if you would like to receive a
written response. We will endeavour to supply written responses as
soon as possible after the meeting.
At
special meetings, only questions relating to reports on the agenda
are taken.
There is limited space available in the public
gallery for members of the public to observe these meetings. If you
